Well hello there.

Anyway, after a while off to think, process, and live life, I’m back to post and keep you up to date with some things in my life. Wow, there’s a lot going on in my mind and spirit, and plans for the future, but as of RIGHT NOW, basically all I’m doing is sitting at my computer writing reaction papers and summaries. But, the topics are great! Let me fill you in on my classes:

I’m taking:

1. Women in the American West (weird teacher, feminism everywhere, need it to graduate)
2. Revolutionary Era (loud and excitable teacher, likes to use the word “sexy” when referring to historical topics)
3. New Testament Archaeology (interesting teacher from Israel, the man that started the Bethsaida excavations! Although, he is hardly ever in class..eh.)
4. Religion in Popular Culture (wow! a great class on the movie “Passion of the Christ” and “The DaVinci Code.” Very very very interesting.)
5. Spanish! (back by popular demand)

This is my schedule, I’m learning a lot, and trying to avoid the extremely odd people and keep myself primarily linked with the mildly strange. It seems to be working. There is just something that attracts me to making friends with that one person in the class that just seems a bit different than the others.

Anyway, that is a short update of this semester.

By the way, I was reading/listening about this amazing organization that Ricky Martin (yes, that Ricky Martin - he’s changed quite a bit) literally started with his own two hands to rescue children forced into prostituion and to stop prostitute trafficking. Its very interesting if you want to take a look.
